I ordered the cover with your recommendation for the size and it won't even completely cover the aircast. And by then I had already thrown out the packaging. Completely disappointed and a waste of money.
This is the only supply outlet that sells the E1 at such a great price. The product came in perfect functioning condition.
The E1 itself doesn't fit packs amazing which was a bit disappointing, it should have been designed a half inch wider and 2 inches taller so the packs could go in standing up and still have some water clearance. That's on the company design though not Therapy Supply so I give it 5 stars for their customer service, price, and safe delivery.
I was a little nervous buying this table because of the price compared to other tables on the market, but I am very pleased with it. I plan to use a table cover because the upholstery does feel a bit delicate, but overall I am very impressed. The reason for only 4 stars is because the motor is advertised as whisper quiet, but it is definitely not as quiet as some other tables on the market. The noise isn't loud enough to disrupt your treatment though so I am not disappointed with the overall quality to price ratio. This is a trustworthy purchase and I would gladly recommend other practitioners that want to save a few thousand on a lift table to buy this one!
