Shipping across Canada
Most orders are processed and shipped the same day when placed before 12 PM ET. Delivery times below are estimates in business days from our warehouse.
Heavy items, handled with care
Treatment tables are large, heavy freight items shipped via dedicated carriers. Plan ahead — we'll keep you informed at every stage.
5–7 business days
Treatment tables shipped to addresses within Ontario typically arrive within five to seven business days from order confirmation.
7–15 business days
For all other provinces, treatment tables are delivered within seven to fifteen business days, depending on carrier route and distance.
Curbside delivery
Treatment tables are delivered curbside only. The carrier will not bring the item inside, upstairs, or unbox it. Please arrange help to move and assemble the table on arrival.
Scheduled drop-off
Our shipping partner will contact you to schedule a delivery window. Someone 18+ must be present at the address to receive and sign for the table.
Please note: If a delivery cannot be completed because no one is available, a $50/day storage fee applies until pickup or rescheduling. A $200 redelivery fee applies for missed appointments. We'll always do our best to coordinate a time that works for you.
Flat-rate shipping
For orders below the free-shipping threshold, we offer transparent flat rates across the country.
Free shipping exclusions
Free shipping over $99 covers most of our catalogue. The items and destinations below are excluded and may carry separate shipping fees.

Same-day cutoff
Orders placed before 12 PM ET on a business day are processed and shipped the same day. Later orders ship next business day.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Corrections after dispatch may incur reroute fees from the carrier.
No Saturday/Sunday shipping
Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Weekend orders are dispatched the next business day.
Tracking & confirmation
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Track your shipment directly with the carrier from there.
Non-returnable items
For health and safety reasons, syringes and needles are non-returnable once shipped. Please order accordingly.
CAD pricing
All prices and shipping rates are quoted in Canadian dollars. International orders may incur duties or taxes at customs.
