Shipping Rates
Orders under $75 CAD (before taxes) are subject to a flat shipping rate of $12.50 CAD.
Additional shipping charges will apply to oversized items, freight shipments, and certain remote or northern locations. If applicable, our team will contact you before processing your order.
Examples of BULKY Items that are excluded from the free shipping rule are the following:

- Exam Table Paper, Massage Lotion,Gel
- Isopropyl Alcohol,4L Liquid Jugs,
- 5L Ultrasound Gel
- Treatment Tables
- Hydrocollators
- Etc.
Freight Shipping
Certain products require freight shipping due to their size or weight, including treatment tables and other oversized items.
Freight shipping charges are calculated separately and may vary depending on the delivery location.
Curbside Delivery
Freight shipments are delivered to the closest accessible point outside your building. Bringing the product indoors is the customer's responsibility.

Most freight carriers will contact you directly to schedule a delivery date and time.
Processing & Delivery
Most in-stock orders ship within 1–2 business days.
Estimated transit times after shipment:
• Ontario & Quebec: 1–3 Business Days
• Western & Atlantic Canada: 2–8 Business Days
• Northern Territories: 7–12 Business Days
