Hello, I have had several of these heating pads and I love them and have given them to others who love them too. This recent purchase is disappointing as it only allows a maximum of 30 minutes for heat. Previous units lasted up to 60 minutes.
We Will be able to utilize this machine for years to come. Saline plus anti-virals of your choice loaded into the chamber and you can relieve your sinus/cold issues quickly.
Buy from a Company that will accept returns. Our Heating Pad is still in plastic and can’t be returned. Do not buy here!

I purchased (InTENSity Select Combo 4-in-1 (TENS- EMS- IF- Micro Combo)) less than a month ago, I am using the Micro setting mainly for my mom for her lower back pain due to chronic inflamation, she's been using it for half an hour daily and she feels less pain.
Only issue I have is not being able to adjust the pulse width and the pulse rate for the MIC 'microcurrent setting' following the instructions in the manual that came with the device. After pressing the S button the device settings switches from the time setting directly to the intensity for each channel 'ms unit ones', while according to the manual it is supposed to take me to the pulse width and pulse rate first so I can adjust them. I am not able to set the frequency no matter what I try, the frequency for MIC mode is static (not adjustable as I had expected), P1 is set statically to 1hz, P2 frequency is set to 10hz, and P3 it is set to 100hz.
I am not sure if there is a defect with the unit I bought or what, the manual clearly states that pulse rate and pulse width are adjustable. I submitted a request to support team couple of weeks ago, yet to hear back from them.
It does make a difference to me to be able to set the frequency to the target one I need for the microcurrent setting, if this device does not support this, I will have to search for another device to support this.
