Like it, but size should be indicated, as smaller than the one used at hand therapy. To cover at least to mid arm is a juggling event. Wish I knew the size. A larger unit would have been the better choice. AK
These pillows are hard to get used to. The first one I had I wanted to chuck it across the room. They do warm you to start slowly with it. Once I was used to it I never have a sore neck. I changed my pillow this time because I got a new bed that is firmer and noticed my head is too low. I still have my other 2 from over 10 years ago. They come with a nice protector that you can wash. I have jaw issues and one thing the physio recommended was having the correct pillow height and this made it easy rather than dealing with 3 pillows to get the right height.

Really glad I tried this heating pad and ordered it. The moist heat is amazing — and the weight and size work really well for me. It feels professional grade —because it is — and like what I would experience at a physio. I would recommend and buy again. Shipping and transaction was great too.
I love how quick it heats. My only dislikes is the beeps and that the max timer is 30 minutes.
this is the perfect product for what we needed. it is well built and provides the independence my mother needed along with the ability to transport when extra helpm is needed. it feels sturdy and easy to collapse for easy storage in my car. would recommend for ayone who needs a little more

The cushions came in a convenient bags for safe storage. But there was no documentation with the cushions at all. No basic use or maintainence. No safety instructions to protect mothers and their children during massage.
The cushions themselves seem ok. Did not exceed expectations.
Works great on inflammation; It helped with neck and shoulder pain and tension. The digital hand control allows you to program and monitor the heating pad temperature and the treatment time with just a touch of a button overall I find it very good heating pad.
Much better for side sleepers than the regular
