Overall I am satisfied. I woukd have given it 5 stars but right out of the bag one of the adjustment knobs has what looks like wear. Also the zipper on the carrybag sticks. I can live with those things but for the money the unit should be pristine. The concept is great and given this device I can get traction right at home.

I was told to buy the armaid months ago but I aready have so many self massage gadgets that I didn't want to buy one more.
