I ordered the cover with your recommendation for the size and it won't even completely cover the aircast. And by then I had already thrown out the packaging. Completely disappointed and a waste of money.
This is the only supply outlet that sells the E1 at such a great price. The product came in perfect functioning condition.
The E1 itself doesn't fit packs amazing which was a bit disappointing, it should have been designed a half inch wider and 2 inches taller so the packs could go in standing up and still have some water clearance. That's on the company design though not Therapy Supply so I give it 5 stars for their customer service, price, and safe delivery.
I was a little nervous buying this table because of the price compared to other tables on the market, but I am very pleased with it. I plan to use a table cover because the upholstery does feel a bit delicate, but overall I am very impressed. The reason for only 4 stars is because the motor is advertised as whisper quiet, but it is definitely not as quiet as some other tables on the market. The noise isn't loud enough to disrupt your treatment though so I am not disappointed with the overall quality to price ratio. This is a trustworthy purchase and I would gladly recommend other practitioners that want to save a few thousand on a lift table to buy this one!

Your advertisement stated that there was an opening in the back of the knee(popliteal area) to prevent bunching up behind the knee. The ones sent to me do not have this opening. It is quite annoying when on my knee(s) when kneeling. I had both knee replacements which just exacerbate to the problem.
Works good and buying 3 bottles at a time works for us.

The ultrasound applicator cable was easy to insert. I bought some extra long needle nose pliers because it’s quite deep in the handle. My son attached it for me says you have to push a bit to get it to connect. I have been using it a week now and it works beautifully. Much easier than buying the whole applicator! Thank you Therapy Supply!
I’ve got sleeping problems especially in winter time when it rains most of the time in Vancouver. My physiotherapist suggested me to get a day like lamp. The delivery took about a week or so. I started to use the next morning after it arrived. The same night my sleep improved - quicker and last longer without waking up! It’s been a few days, I felt great about the lamp! Highly recommend!
I had ordered the Iceman 3 with shoulder pad to help with my surgery recovery. Unit was shipped without pad-not much use.

Finally found the replacement leads for my 20 some years tens machine. I broke one of my leads a while back and was unable to use my machine but seeing that these leads still exists is amazing. The shipping was very very fast. Thank you.
The delivery was fast and the price was good. 👍🏽 Biofreeze roll on works well on muscle tightness and goes on the skin easily. It doesn’t mark my clothes and the lotion doesn’t get on my hands. I recommend both the product and the supplier (Therapy Supply) and the product.
