Therapy Supply Canada offers fast, reliable delivery from coast to coast. Most orders are processed and shipped the same day when placed before 12 PM ET. The information below outlines our shipping rates, estimated delivery times, and policies.

Free Canada-Wide Shipping

Free shipping is available on most orders over $99 CAD. Some exceptions apply — bulky items, treatment tables, and remote postal codes are excluded and may carry separate shipping fees. See the Exclusions section below for details.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times below are estimates in business days from our warehouse to your door. Times may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or remote routing.

Standard Shipping by Region

Ontario, Quebec (ON, QC): 1–3 business days
Manitoba, Saskatchewan, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia (MB, SK, NB, NS): 2–4 business days
British Columbia, Alberta, P.E.I., Newfoundland & Labrador (BC, AB, PE, NL): 4–6 business days
Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut (YT, NT, NU): 7–10 business days

Treatment Table Delivery

Treatment tables are large freight items shipped via dedicated carriers. Expect longer lead times than standard parcel orders:

Within Ontario: 5–7 business days
Outside Ontario: 7–15 business days

Curbside Delivery

Treatment tables are delivered curbside only. The carrier will not bring the item inside, upstairs, or unbox it. Please arrange help to move and assemble the table on arrival.

Scheduled Drop-off

Our shipping partner will contact you to schedule a delivery window. Someone 18 or older must be present at the address to receive and sign for the table.

Storage and Redelivery Fees

If a delivery cannot be completed because no one is available to receive it, a $50/day storage fee applies until pickup or rescheduling. A $200 redelivery fee applies for missed appointments. We will always do our best to coordinate a time that works for you.

Flat-Rate Shipping (Orders Under $99)

For orders below the free-shipping threshold, we offer transparent flat rates across the country:

All Canadian provinces (ON, QC, BC, AB, SK, MB, NB, NS, PE, NL): $12.50 CAD per order
Northern Territories (YT, NT, NU): Quoted at time of order — please call for a quote

Free Shipping Exclusions

Free shipping over $99 covers most of our catalogue. The items and destinations below are excluded and may carry separate shipping fees.

Bulky Items

Due to size and weight, the following items ship at custom rates:

Treatment Tables (curbside delivery)
Pillows and bolsters (oversized)
Exam Table Paper (case quantities)
4L Liquid Jugs
5L Ultrasound Gel

Remote and Northern Areas

Postal codes in non-major urban centres, northern regions, or remote communities may incur additional carrier surcharges. Examples include T0M, V0V, X0A–X0E, and Y0A–Y0B. If your postal code is in a remote zone, our team will reach out with an accurate quote before processing.

Order Processing

Same-day cutoff: Orders placed before 12 PM ET on a business day are processed and shipped the same day. Later orders ship the next business day.
Address accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Corrections after dispatch may incur reroute fees from the carrier.
Business days only: Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Weekend orders are dispatched the next business day.
Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Track your shipment directly with the carrier.
Non-returnable items: For health and safety reasons, syringes and needles are non-returnable once shipped. Please order accordingly.
Pricing: All prices and shipping rates are quoted in Canadian dollars. International orders may incur duties or taxes at customs.
