Great pillow

It is a great product, having a cuff that stays in place on my shoulder after surgery is great. It allows me to relax and enjoy the cold water compression without worrying about adjusting an ice pack. The cooler keeps the water very cold for at least 24-30 hours before I need to add more ice. I am very happy that I purchased this system.

Just opened box up missing a poster and DVD unfortunately just opened it after about 10 years of receiving it. How can I obtain a poster and DVD I can't recall which supplier I ordered the Gymstick from

My husband bought the back/hip/rib cryo cuff. He does get relief from his back pain but wishes that the cuff was larger. He previously bought the knee cuff and finds it very helpful after his knee replacement surgery.
