Within less than a year's time it failed and this retailer wouldn't replace the product I still have the ithem . Was great product for neck n shoulder till it stop working bad company and not cheap to buy expensive tought it would last for years but not even one year.

this is the best moist heating pad that I have ever bought

Love this heating pad

I purchased this heating pad after an accident that me with neck and upper back pain. This is the closest heating pad to the ones that they have at physio, and the moist heat makes a difference. I didn't think about the fact that it needs to be plugged in when purchasing - and likely would have preferred a cordless option (if that even exists). I do wish that the heating pad had a wrap up/around the back of the neck (the shape is more for upper back and shoulders).
