Not recommended

I have purchased 3 of these heating pads and have been disappointed each time. I have replaced one by warranty. After a few months of use it gives me an E1 error and it is not operable anymore. Not worth the money.

Used this heating pad less than 20x the digital hand remote stopped working. When trying to turn it on there is a tool signal on the screen at the same time a loud beep goes off. Super upsetting for my cold/stiff clients. For the price, not happy!

Theratherm moist heating pad

Very limited on positions that you are able to use this . For example you can not bend the heating pad or put any pressure on it. The quality has decreased since I last purchased one.

Helpful but smelly

Good to have but offgases a lot at first. Really stinky in an unhealthy way. Reverts back to Fahrenheit each time it's turned off, though I haven't thoroughly read instructions to see if metric config can be saved to default.
