this is the best moist heating pad that I have ever bought

I purchased this heating pad after an accident that me with neck and upper back pain. This is the closest heating pad to the ones that they have at physio, and the moist heat makes a difference. I didn't think about the fact that it needs to be plugged in when purchasing - and likely would have preferred a cordless option (if that even exists). I do wish that the heating pad had a wrap up/around the back of the neck (the shape is more for upper back and shoulders).

A great product but I would like to see it go up a little more on the neck (both back and sides).

This is my second purchase of this heating pad. Needed a second one for the cottage. The heating pad has adjustable heat and time settings and provides a soothing moist heat to neck and upper back areas. I’ve also used it on my lower back with good results. The cover is a soft, washable flannel. A superior product.
