Dried out - we can’t use it and it is not the brand as advertised, shown in the photos (TheraPutty) I’m startling procedure for money back.
Fair prices and quick delivery. Unfortunately the entire box of bacteriostatic water they sent expires in less than a year. Normally this water can last a few years and the product will expire before I can use it all. I wish I had known I would've have ordered it.
Roho cushion works well to provide comfort and support for sit bones. It came with cushion cover and pump. Price is very reasonable. Very satisfied with product.
The premium high quality massage and spa towel met my expectations. Other towels seem to leave bits of fabric on the skin on first use or when they are put to the wash for the first time. I didn’t have that problem with this towel. I would gladly pick up another one. Highly recommended.

I have ortho- arthritis in several areas of my body (knees,back and hips) and when I use this cream some thing magical happens . I get relief. I sleep better and/ or can do chores with relief from pain. 🙏🏾

The belt never seems to give any lift or support to my back no matter how tight I pull it before inflating. Maybe not great for the female body shape.
I ordered the BD Posiflush normal Saline Syringe from therapy supply. The box came in a timely manner and it was in good condition. I would happily order the item again from their site.
Just bought a second one. I’ve had this brace for 2 years to support a torn meniscus, worn knee joint, damaged tendons, all from a bad fall. There’s no pressure on the knee cap with the open patella and the hinged side struts keep the knee in alignment. Comfortable to wear for extended time, under or over pants.
Excellent product and easy to use for rebuilding, strengthing and relieving various muscle pains.

The sheets are lovely - thick and fluffy after the first wash. Some of my headrest covers have loose threads and are slightly coming apart in some places but the sheets themselves are fabulous. I do see what people mean about the pink hue (most sheets are definitely white but some have the slightest ever pink hue - mostly on the headrest covers - not really noticeable though - not something to worry about in my opinion). The customer service, however (communication, shipping) were excellent! I had an urgent/special shipping request and was able to text/speak on the phone with a representative. Would purchase again!

Hi, we purchased this unit when we started new clinic in October 2024. For two months we did not used it much. In January and February we started using it. One day it just stopped. No service after sale.

It worked much better than other hernia belts i tried. It is very supportive. I can do intense exercise while awaiting surgery. As others have said, if in doubt go up a size.
