The ultrasound applicator cable was easy to insert. I bought some extra long needle nose pliers because it’s quite deep in the handle. My son attached it for me says you have to push a bit to get it to connect. I have been using it a week now and it works beautifully. Much easier than buying the whole applicator! I’ve got sleeping problems especially in winter time when it rains most of the time in Vancouver. My physiotherapist suggested me to get a day like lamp. The delivery took about a week or so. I started to use the next morning after it arrived. The same night my sleep improved - quicker and last longer without waking up! It’s been a few days, I felt great about the lamp! Highly recommend!
I had ordered the Iceman 3 with shoulder pad to help with my surgery recovery. Unit was shipped without pad-not much use.

The delivery was fast and the price was good. 👍🏽 Biofreeze roll on works well on muscle tightness and goes on the skin easily. It doesn’t mark my clothes and the lotion doesn’t get on my hands. I recommend both the product and the supplier (Therapy Supply) and the product.

I bought this pad because it was the same one they have at my physiotherapy clinic. Hands down the best heating pad I have ever owned! None of the others should even be called heating pads, in comparison. The price may make some people shy away, but don't let it. Don't think you will get something as good for less money off of Amazon...you won't. The heat can be intense, but the genuine moist heat from this is the best feeling for my arm injury and for sore quads after hiking. No doubt, this is an amazing heating pad. I can't speak to the longevity of it, as I have only had it for a couple of weeks, but the build quality and weight of it lead me to believe I will have it for a long time. The 25 minute shit off seemed a bit short to me at first, but when you have it on max. heat...it is long enough.
I have been using these massagers for more than 35 years. I have had 5 back surgeries,2 hip and 2 shoulders repaired. This really helps with the pain and mine gets a TON of use and it is as effective as pain pills. You won’t regret using this unit…….T
