I placed the order when I found that you were a local company. I paid the shipping costs (which I found quite high) because I was not able to pickup myself and because we wanted the items asap.
I bought these items for my 93 year old mom. I read all the description and was happy with the claims. The delivery was quick and my instructions were followed and I even received picture of the location as verification.
My sister was happy and put them to use right away. However, my mom found the pillows too soft when she laid down even though they bounced back when we got up. In addition, my sister said that the vinyl has already ripped.
A friend has told us that comparable pillows could have been bought at Walmart.. Nevertheless, we will be keeping the pillows and the 2 protectors that were ordered along with them.We are hoping the protectors will be more durable.
