How to Use

The Therapeutica® Sleeping Pillow allows you to sleep on your back and/or side in the correct spinal alignment. The center of the pillow is designed specifically for back sleeping with a unique wedge for upper back support. Both outside edges of the pillow are designed for side sleeping. The unique density of our foam creates a firm but soft feel which allows for a comfortable, yet supportive night's sleep.

Not the right support

This pillow was recommended by my chiropractor to support my neck pain. I had purchased and was testing an alternate pillow type when I received this pillow. This pillow didn’t compare to the first pillow. I don’t quite understand the large wings on either side. When aide sleeping the corner on either side of the pillow indent push up against my nose and do little to cushion and support my neck. I do like the extra material to support the nape of my neck and spine when back sleeping. Good quality material. Just not the support I need.

Best pillow for back sleepers

I am extremely happy with my purchase! I no longer suffer from neck paini highly recommend this pillow. It was worth the investment.

Pretty good but not the solution for me

I sleep on both sides and my back and I use a CPAP. The pillow holds my head comfortably and doesn’t interfere with the hose or mask. It’s firm, which is what I want. It also has a support ramp or tongue beneath my neck, which is a fantastic feature. I wake up with fewer cricks in the neck. However, it doesn’t resolve the tightness I have in my upper right back. That’s a me problem and shouldn’t reflect on the pillow. The only thing that eliminates that tightness is sleeping with my torso elevated to the post op position. I haven’t yet found a pillow that can comfortably hold me up in that position.
