High Quality

This was recommended to me by my physiotherapist. I’ve had it for less than a week, so time will tell whether or not the price was worth it. It appears to be a very high quality heating pad. It’s large and reaches high temperatures for maximum effect. It is quite heavy, so makes maximum contact with the area in need of heat therapy.

Best heat pad

I had one from my chiropractor but it finally died! I used it everyday for the last 3 yrs! So I ordered another and it’s exactly the same one! Works perfect.. hoping for another 3 yrs at least!

Not recommended

I have purchased 3 of these heating pads and have been disappointed each time. I have replaced one by warranty. After a few months of use it gives me an E1 error and it is not operable anymore. Not worth the money.

Used this heating pad less than 20x the digital hand remote stopped working. When trying to turn it on there is a tool signal on the screen at the same time a loud beep goes off. Super upsetting for my cold/stiff clients. For the price, not happy!
