IC Cooler

Great Product :Horrible Pickup

Product works as advertised no complaints.
Getting the product was a nightmare. Went to some small out of way location. I had phoned Therapy Supply ahead and was told that had a unit. Arrived and was told the item was not available. I referred to the phone call and reluctantly the individual went in the back and finally found the product. The pickup place was a mess… and appeared very disorganized and unprofessional. Best to go to a dealer.

Post Total Knee Replacement

Got this for my wife who at the young age of 53 required a total knee replacement. She initially balked at the cost, so I bought it anyways. She was discharged less than 24 hours post op. When we got home I urged her to put it on. Fill it with water appropriately, then a couple trays of ice cubes, put the knee attachment on and connect the hose. Cold water immediately fills the bladder. Once to power is connect the air compressor provide gentle compression and soothes the knee. My wife is now 2 weeks post op and says this was the best thing ever. She would 10/10 recommend for anyone that requires joint surgery.
