works for one workout

Unless I am mistaken (and my physiotherapist too) under impression that this stuff should stay on for a few days at a time but i can’t seem to get to stick after one 20min run.

As a consequence going through my supply very quickly which will get expensive.

Easy to work with

I find the adhesive strong enough to stay in one place without irritation which I struggle with at times. Stays in place and love that are not precut !!
