Poor quality & customer service

This stool was sent to replace another one that was ordered but out of stock. We have had the stool for under a year and the seams on it are ripping. I've tried to reach out to the company with no response to our concerns. Wheels don't roll well even on flat surfaces. Generally poor quality and would not order again.
